The Dangerous Woman originated 5 years ago in my garage.
With 5 people, 2 of those 2 were my best friends...
I KNEW from that moment this was going to be massive. 4 years later, a few name changes we have got the INFAMOUS Dangerous Woman.
A LIVE 6-HOUR IN-PERSON EVENT.
The version of you that WALKS IN is NOT the version of you that WALKS OUT.
I HATE saying this but this day, evening, and event CANNOT be put into words. But equally, I have to find words because bish you need to sell the thing. I feel like every time I find words it does the event a disservice.
The dangerous woman is my LEGACY.
A space where women get to feel their utmost selves.
That it is borderline dangerous.
A space where we come TOGETHER.
A SPACE where we roar
A space where we FIGHT
A space where we SURRENDER and let go of control.
A space where we let our wild woman free.

Crazy I write that as I CLENCH my teeth and almost growl because this event does things to my body.
And then you read like and it seems pissy as f*ck.
Because everyone "writes" these sentences.
And people walk away underwhelmed. I GET IT.
THIS IS THE OPPOSITE

FAQ
Do you need to be at a certain FITNESS level?
NO. You do NOT need to be at a certain fitness level - The boxing element will challenge you from a physical fitness standpoint yes, but that's not the idea.
The idea is you SEE / RELEASE your own limitations and LEARN how to move through them versus being a victim to them.
I feel WAY out of my LEAGUE & and feel like I don't BELONG in that room?
Well, my honest answer... You may or may not like it - no one is going to beg for you to be "in the room" and you are CONTRIBUTING to your "not good enoughness" by continuing to let it dictate your life. When will you take responsibility for that?
Run towards the fear, not AWAY from it. Because how is running away working out for you? oh.. it's not. thought so.

It is 2023, there are flights left right and centre. What a poor excuse, people have flown all over Australia and you are using location as a reason not to come. That is every reason TO come.
Scared of flying, perfect opportunity. Scared of travelling solo, perfect opportunity, I don't believe this excuse for ONE second. Ive had people DRIVE from Melbourne. Get on a flight to Sydney, get the train to Wollongong, and I'll see you there.
